Janice Boudreau

Janice is a certified Occupational Therapist (O.T.) in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC).  Janice received her Masters of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Manitoba and has over 10 years of clinical practice experience.

 

Her clinical experience includes assessment and treatment of adults and children with physical, psychological, and cognitive- perceptual difficulties and impairments in both private and public settings.

Janice has a special interest and expertise in helping older adults maintain their independence at home and in the community and reduce hospital admissions through home safety assessments, fall prevention, and community integration. 

​

Other areas of experience include stroke rehabilitation, chronic pain management, functional capacity assessment, wheelchair assessment, home environment safety assessment for home accessibility, and provision of adaptive equipment.

We personalize plans for older adults by assessing current function and identifying safety risks in your home and community to help prevent injury and maintain independence with the ultimate goal is to maximize function and create an environment where you can not only live but thrive.
